Meet Kelly
Kelly’s passion for design was shaped by early exposure to beautiful architecture and antiques, both through exploration and the thoughtful curation of her childhood homes as they relocated up and down the East Coast with a short, but formative stint of time in the UK. As she neared the end of college, she began realizing that she could transform what was once a personal interests into a career. Drawing from her Gettysburg College art history degree to inform her own interiors focused aesthetic sensibilities.
Her first position was with Margaret Schwartz of Modern Antiquarian, where she had the opportunity to travel throughout the UK and Europe sourcing antiques. This experience honed my eye, further deepened my knowledge of historical design, and allowed me to build relationships with top antique dealers. After five years, she transitioned into freelancing for the company.
Over the past decade, she has held a variety of trade and client-facing creative roles. This step was taken to bring her unique experience and skillset in merchandising, sourcing and styling to the l design world. Now she is proud to say she has collaborated with various design firms, brands and clients in roles ranging from project management and sourcing to installation and styling.
Wearing many hats in this industry has strengthened her adaptability, problem-solving skills, and ability to execute projects efficiently. In the fast-paced world of design, styling and staging, challenges inevitably arise— Maguire thrives in finding creative, practical solutions to keep projects moving forward seamlessly. Whether managing logistics, curating spaces, or styling for impact, she approaches every project with a sharp eye for detail and a deep appreciation for the art of design.
